When your unwell and recovering from illness or injury, we know it can be stressful on you and your family to get back on your feet. In situations like this, save your time and book an appointment online to access sick notes for back to work or school.

Based on your symptoms and time off, our doctors may require a more comprehensive assessment online. It is the discretion of our doctors to ensure your workplace or school is clear on your extended time off. Copies of your sick note can be provided online with our patient portal to help you save time in your constantly busy life!

MD Connected is a leader in virtual healthcare. We have over 5 years of experience conducting telemedicine and virtual visits with hundreds of thousands of visits completed to date. We focus on the patient’s experience and have the highest standards for our team of medical practitioners. We offer convenient hours, a diverse group of practitioners, and physical locations.

A secure virtual chat consultation with a licensed practitioner is $50 per visit and ailment. This is one of the lowest costs in the industry as our goal remains to make healthcare accessible to all Canadians.

All medical documents will be securely sent to the email provided during registration. If you do not receive your medical document on the same day of your consultation, please email us at mydoc@mdconnected.ca or use the chat function in the bottom right corner of the website and we will gladly assist.

MD Connected has industry leading wait times due to our large roster of medical practitioners. However, wait times will vary by location. To get an estimate feel free to message us on our webchat.

MD Enhanced Care is a benefit-rich healthcare coverage program that is sustainable and will provide you and your dependents with access to a range of services at a low monthly cost.

The cost for MD Enhanced Care is to unlock numerous benefits not covered by OHIP. For example, the appointment with the doctor is covered by OHIP. However, having free access to your digital health records, free prescription refills, a convenient patient portal, and free home prescription delivery are services not covered by OHIP. These are just a few of the benefits included and our new members love having more transparency and access to their health.
